I have 9 houses being sold either individually, or in bulk
I have 9 houses being sold either individually, or in bulk. All of them are currently being cash flowed out, except for the one in Pollock, LA. The owner wants to sell the houses, and the buyer will receive the monthly rent payments, along with over $200k in equities. The total asking price of $886k, I just want to see if you have any interest or any interested buyers first, then we'll go from there.
