Details...This is a beautiful property located on a pristine lot in the I15 corridor...with views to the west (San Marcos off in the distance, evening lights..etc) and views of Palomar Mnt and the city off to the east) The home has a pool with a open back yard area that is begging for an outdoor kitchen and facelift..The garage had a 2 room addition that was not permitted and was removed by the lien holder..could be used as an observation deck for a full panoramic view of the surrounding area (really should consider this)..the front needs a tree removed (the root system is very and has damaged the walkway up to the house..Additionally, their are a few trees in the front of the house that impede the west view and should be removed as well.
